This episode is set in a hospital in Boulogne. After fourteen years Mickey finally runs into his old love, Celestine. He ran away to India to forget her; in the meantime she's become a doctor, and is beginning her long flirtation with the god-like powers war has given her.
Film maker Hilary Easter-Jones got me talking about a particular medical artefact I have and she made this film about it.

I must come back to this episode at some point and write it up properly. But when I originally put this page together I was obviously just back from Gallipoli so I wrote;
And continuing the medical theme, I came across this panel in a Turkish war cemetery on Gallipoli either at the Kocadere field hospital of the 16th Regiment or possibly the Northern Group Hospital. Nurses and doctors attend to the wounded:
On the next panel however was this - implying Turkish nurses were well up to the front line?
